Important safety information: sildenafil and tadalafil
Do not take these medicines if you take nitrates (often prescribed for chest pain) or riociguat. The combination can cause a sudden, dangerous drop in blood pressure. Ask your clinician whether your heart is healthy enough for sexual activity.
Get emergency help for an erection lasting more than four hours, sudden loss of vision in one or both eyes, or sudden decrease or loss of hearing.
