Some states, including Washington and Nevada, give you specific rights over consumer health data that is not covered by HIPAA. This notice explains how we handle it.

What consumer health data we collect

Information that identifies or could identify your health, such as the care areas you browse, answers you give before becoming a patient, and the treatments you are interested in.

Why we collect it

To provide the service you ask for, connect you with a clinician, and operate and secure the site.

Who we share it with

Your clinicians, the dispensing pharmacy and the service providers that help us run the service, only as needed. We do not sell consumer health data.

Your rights

• Confirm whether we collect or share your consumer health data and get a list of who we share it with.
• Withdraw your consent to our collection and sharing of it.
• Ask us to delete it.
