• Health information you provide in questionnaires and messages, which is shared with your clinician for your care.
• Payment information, which is processed by our payment provider.
• Technical information, such as device type and pages visited.

How health information is protected

Health information used for your medical care is handled by the clinicians and medical practices who provide your care, and their service providers, in line with HIPAA. Health information that falls outside HIPAA is described in our Consumer Health Data notice.

How we use information

• To provide the service, including connecting you with a clinician and arranging delivery.
• To process payments and manage your plan.
• To contact you about your account and care.
• To keep the service secure and meet legal obligations.

Sharing

We share information with your clinicians, the dispensing pharmacy, payment and shipping providers, and others who help run the service, only as needed to provide it. We do not sell your health information.
