How it works
Real clinicians, from wherever you are.
Everything a clinic visit would cover, done online and at your pace. Here is what happens from the first question to the first delivery.
Three steps
01
Tell us about you
Answer a short online health questionnaire about your goals, history and current medications. It takes a few minutes on your phone.
02
A clinician reviews it
A licensed clinician in your state reads your answers, follows up if they need more, and prescribes only when treatment is appropriate.
03
Treatment arrives
If you are prescribed, the pharmacy ships your medication to your door. Check-ins and refills happen from your account.
What every plan includes
Whichever area of care you start with, the service around it is the same.
- An online evaluation by a U.S.-licensed clinician
- A prescription only if it is right for you
- Medication shipped to your door in plain packaging
- Messaging with your care team and ongoing refills
Who provides your care
Medical care is provided by independently licensed clinicians. Each clinician is licensed in the state where you are located when you receive care, and makes their own decision about whether to prescribe.
Prescriptions are filled and shipped by licensed pharmacies. If a clinician prescribes a compounded medication, it is prepared by a licensed pharmacy for you specifically. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved.
Care is only offered in states where a clinician is licensed to treat you.
